Who we are

MPM NRI Properties is a Delhi NCR property desk for NRIs in the United States and Canada. We help clients buy, manage, rent, sell, and reinvest in premium Delhi NCR real estate, and we coordinate with independent legal, tax, banking, FEMA, POA, registration, and documentation professionals where a matter needs them.

This policy covers mpmnriproperties.com, including property pages, consultation booking, website chat, and the referral partner form. For eligible new builder purchases, buyer advisory may be complimentary. Specialized services may involve separate professional or service fees.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send us, and a small amount of technical information needed to run the site.

• Contact and enquiry details. Name, email, phone number, country of residence, and the message you send from the contact page or a project enquiry.
• Property requirements. Budget range, preferred location or corridor, buying timeline, and similar details you share so we can shortlist projects.
• Consultation bookings. When you book a strategy session, the scheduler collects the name, email, and time you submit. We store the booking on our side so the confirmation page can show your session.
• Website chat. Messages you type into the site chat, including any contact details you include in the conversation.
• Referral partners. If you join the referral program, we collect your name, email, phone number, and profession, and we use a one-time code to confirm the email address.
• Referral visits. If you open a project from a referral link, we store a referral code in a cookie on your browser for 30 days so the introduction can be attributed to the partner.
• Technical data. Browser type, device, and pages visited, as recorded by the server that hosts the site. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are used.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• reply to enquiries and prepare a property shortlist
• schedule and confirm consultations, including reschedules and cancellations
• coordinate with developers and with the independent professionals a transaction needs
• run the referral partner program and attribute an introduction
• answer website chat
• keep the site secure and improve the pages you use

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only as far as the work requires:

• project developers or their sales teams, when you ask us to proceed with a specific project
• independent legal, tax, banking, FEMA, POA, registration, or documentation professionals engaged for your matter
• the scheduling service that hosts the consultation calendar, so your booking can be created and updated
• the host that stores the website and its database

Those parties use the information to perform that role. MPM NRI Properties does not replace formal legal, tax, financial, or FEMA advice.

Cookies

The public pages do not use advertising cookies. On a project page opened from a referral link, we set one cookie that holds the referral code for 30 days. You can clear it in your browser. Clearing it may mean a later enquiry is not linked to the partner who introduced you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, booking, chat, and referral records for as long as we need them to advise you, complete a transaction, meet a legal or accounting duty, or resolve a dispute. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

International clients

Most of our clients live in the United States or Canada, while property work happens in Delhi NCR. Information you send us may be stored or processed in India and in the country where our website host or scheduling service operates. By using the site or sending an enquiry, you understand that your information will be handled in those places.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for a transaction or a legal duty. Email info@mpmnriproperties.com with the address or phone number you used. You can also stop a consultation from the booking confirmation or reschedule link.

Security

We limit access to enquiry and booking records to the people who handle client work, and the site is served over HTTPS in production. No website transmission is completely secure. Avoid sending passport copies, bank passwords, or similar documents through the public chat or contact form. We will tell you a safer channel when a transaction needs those documents.

Children

This site is for adults considering property in Delhi NCR. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. The version on the website is the one that applies.
