
MakeMyTrip Group CEO, Rajesh Magow has purchased a 6,428 square feet apartment in DLF Magnolias in Gurugram for Rs 33 crore while in a separate deal, Genpact CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer), Piyush Mehta bought a 6,462 sq ft flat in the same property for Rs 32.60 crore, documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, showed.
Both the sale deeds were executed in October 2023. Magow paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.98 crore while Mehta paid Rs 1.95 crore as stamp duty, the documents showed.

Delhi-NCR, which includes Gurugram, has witnessed a number of high-end property deals and these purchases are the latest in the string. In October 2023, an 11,000 sq ft apartment at The Camellias by DLF in Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road was sold for more than Rs 100 crore in a resale.
Similarly, Vasudha Rohatgi, wife of former attorney general of India Mukul Rohatgi, bought a 2,100 square yard bungalow in Delhi’s Golf Links for Rs 160 crore in March this year. In May this year, Lenskart co-founder Peyush Bansal purchased a house in Neeti Bagh for Rs 18 crore.
In August 2023, Renu Khuller, director of Global Dent Aids, a company that manufactures interdental brushes (a kind of substitute for floss), bought a bungalow spread across 873 square yards in Delhi’s posh Nizamuddin East section for Rs 61.70 crore.
